Teka, Henuk, Altmann, Fredmanus zsidó kamaraispánok feladatai közé tartozott a pénzverde felügyelete, aminek emléke, hogy az általuk kibocsátott pénzérmeken héber verdejelek, feltehetően a nevük kezdőbetűi
szerepelnek. Az érmék balról jobbra: I. Béla király dénárjának előlapja. A veret közepén a héber pé betű, körülötte „Belae rex” felirat. V. István király obulusának hátlapja. Két egymásra visszanéző madár között a héber alef betű. IV. Béla dénárjának előlapja. <text>A kard a 19. század közepe óta foglalkoztatta zsidó múlt feltárásával foglalkozókat. Elsőként Löw Lipót ismertette a Ben Chananja című folyóiratában, majd Kohn Sámuel hívta fel rá a figyelmet a millenniumi kiállítás kapcsán. Az 1932-ben újranyitott Zsidó Múzeum gyűjtési terveiben is szerepelt; a múzeum vezetősége többször kérte az Andrássy gyűjtemény akkori tulajdonosát, Andrássy Gézát, hogy tegye lehetővé számukra a kard megszerzését. Andrássy 1933-ban jó minőségű fényképeket készíttetett a múzeum számára. 1951-ben, az arisztokrata gyűjtemények államosítását
követően a Joint anyagi támogatásával a múzeum végül megvásárolta a kardot.
